In addition to providing the benefits required by basic laws and regulations, we offer cash gifts and bonuses for major holidays and birthdays; subsidies for marriage, family funerals, and childbirth; long-term service, retiree care, health care, education, and entertainment benefits; preferential mortgage rates; and credit loans and group insurance. We also offer a points-based rewards system, which enables employees to redeem their points for products and services.

Workplace Health and Safety Measures and Effectiveness
    1. We maintain barrier-free spaces, with barrier-free toilets and ramps on each floor and widened first-floor entrance gates.
    2. Access control ensures office areas are accessible only by relevant personnel.
    3. Healthy office lighting, constant CO2 detection, and semiannual workplace disinfection.
    4. Organized 23 sessions of CPR and AED training lectures in 2023
    5. We promote a smoke-free workplace and smoking is prohibited in offices.
    6. Each employee is equipped with an adjustable chair, and the height can be adjusted according to their own needs, increasing comfort at work and avoiding back pain.
    1. Breastfeeding and collection room: Breastfeeding rooms are equipped at both the headquarter and branches, and were used by a total of 71 people in 2023. The head office and Taipei branch received Outstanding and Excellent ratings from the Taipei City Department of Health’s Excellent Breastfeeding Room certification and selection program.
    2. Medical room: A medical room is located in the head office, providing a private and safe environment where employees can ask questions about health education. They are also equipped with blood pressure monitors, scales, and beds.
    3. Nurse station: Medical services and equipment are provided for employees.
    4. Massage service: Employees can enjoy the services of a professional massage therapist at our massage station for only a small fee, which is donated to the CTBC Charity Foundation. In 2023, the service was used 1,762 times.
    5. Employee Assistance Program: This program nurtures employees’ physical and mental health through health assessments, online testing, and consultations. In 2023, 60 applicants applied for the program.
    6. Sports discounts: We provide occasional information and ticket discounts for sporting events.
    7. The employee cafeteria serves meals every workday, including Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese set meals, all using porcelain, stainless steel, and other environmentally friendly tableware in place of single-use products.
    1. We provide public holiday and health checkups benefits superior to those required by law. Employees aged 40 and older receive a paid checkup every year, while those under 39 receive one every two years.
    2. Employees whose checkups place them in a high-risk group and those with long work hours receive follow-up screenings and have health promotion plans tailor-made by medical staff.
