Actions taken in 2023

  • Developed 3 Comprehensive Long Term spillover-effect health management Policies.
  • Promoted insurance education for all: Organized a family financial management seminar - "Combating Risks! I Want to Become a Sailing Monopoly"; collaborated with CTBC Business School to deploy a new practicum on financial and insurance planning, and held academic exchanges with the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at Feng Chia University to help students understand insurance and finance. Cumulatively trained 373 people.
  • Three-Generation Walk for Health: Organized the walk at Taipei Zoo to integrate elements of ecological education. More than 2,000 people participated.
  • Added a new one-stop website, "Seniors Club,” which integrates products, exclusive services, and health and financial information for older people.

2024 targets

  • Develop ESG insurance products.
  • Donate microinsurance premiums totaling NT$8 million.
  • Reach 3 hours of training in sustainable development for all employees (including senior managers) and training completion rate of 100%.
  • Complete 10 volunteer activities, 1 Three-Generation Walk for Health, and 1 aging-friendly baseball tournament.

Mid-term and long-term goals

  • Offer comprehensive lineup of spillover-effect health management products.
  • Maintain a positive customer satisfaction NPS and increase NPS, or be No. 1 in customer satisfaction NPS among competitors.
